Andrew started TCS in 2001 but has been in the construction industry for 35+ years. He specializes in custom carpentry, complete remodels and innovative design recommendations.

Matthew Plate, Supervisor

Matthew has been with TCS for the past 15 years. He specializes in the custom drawings and fabrication of all cabinetry as well as ensuring the projects run as smoothly as possible. Matthew has 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Miranda Plate, Office Manager

Miranda has 12+ years of experience in design and construction office management. She specializes in whole home drawings and 3D renderings, giving our clients a sense of what their project will look like once completed. She also ensures that a project moves as smoothly as possible providing our clients and employee all the information needed to complete the project in a timely manner.
